Brothers Max and TJ Virmani started their professional careers in Law and IT, both having graduated from university in those subject areas.
They were soon drawn towards their passion for cars and the automotive industry, and built their own successful specialist dealership from scratch.
This was a two tier business, serving the domestic market with main dealer sourced used vehicles on one level, and a consultancy concentrating on the specialist market with worldwide sourcing of rare and difficult to locate classic and American cars for individual clients with specific requirements, focussed on limited build and one off vehicles such as vintage, classic motorcars and historic race cars, selling to high profile clients and investors alike.
It soon became apparent that they could use this rare skillset possessed, coupled with their in-depth local knowledge, and apply it to automotive recruitment, having subsequently proven this with the success they have achieved for both their candidates and clients.
