- Make sure any candidate you interview will know about the role and will have been briefed by one of our specialist automotive recruitment consultants.
- To your detailed feedback on candidates we introduce
- Promotion for your brand – we know we are acting as the first step in the candidates journey and it should be a positive experience.
- Consultation with you about market trends and candidate availability
- Candidates to you who are who they say they are, can work in the UK and who we have referenced with a previous employer.
- Candidates who have given their prior permission for us to introduce them to you
- Find you a replacement free of charge if the candidate leaves for any reason in the first 6 weeks and at a discounted rate if they leave in the first 6 months.
- A promise not to re-approach any candidate that we introduce to you that you employ – ever - no time limit on this.
- We will stay in touch with candidates to make sure they are settling in once they have started but we do not ever actively target candidates we have introduced to you.
